Since 1914, Arrigoni has been one of the most prestigious companies in the dairy sector, a complete entity in terms of both production structures and commercial organisation.
Over the years, Arrigoni has confirmed its leadership in the Taleggio market. It has taken a leading role in the production of PDO and traditional cheeses such as Gorgonzola, Crescenza and Quartirolo Lombardo, and in the creation of original recipes such as Rossini.
Taleggio DOP is Arrigoni Battista's most popular product, thanks to its organoleptic qualities and stability. Organic Gorgonzola dop is also in great demand, followed closely by Rossini, a blue-veined delight left to refine in the aromatic richness of the marc.
Arrigoni Battista is located in Pagazzano, in the province of Bergamo, in the heart of Lombardy. The milk collected for production comes entirely from cowsheds in the vicinity of the dairy, in order to optimise collection rounds and meet cooling requirements.
