Cravot

Cravot is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised goat's milk. Its flavour is soft, delicate and fragrant.

 

The paste of Cravot is white with straw-coloured tones. It has diffuse, thin and regular eyes. The cheeses are matured for a minimum of sixty days in underground rooms on spruce racks.
