Mun

Mun is a semi-hard, medium-ripened cheese made with cow's milk from at least two consecutive milkings of cows of the 'Pezzata Rossa d'Oropa' breed, reared according to traditional methods. The cheese is matured for 45-120 days in underground rooms on white fir shelves.

 

The flavour of Mun is sweet, pleasant and delicate.
