Organic Pecorino with Aromatic Herbs and Vegetable Rennet is a result of an ancient medieval tradition. Just after maturation, it's treated with extra virgin olive oil and coated with a blend of organic aromatic herbs like rosemary, mint, sage, savory, basil, and coriander, sourced from an Organic Farm in Carrara.
