Since the 1800s, Latteria Perenzin has been handcrafting cheeses by processing milk from selected suppliers. One of Latteria Perenzin's specialities is the ageing process, thanks to the combination of delicious and original ingredients and skilful ageing in the cellar

One of Latteria Perenzin's most sought-after delicacies is the Piccolo Fiore di Bufala al tartufo, a true delicacy made from buffalo milk, a flowery white crust hiding a soft, slightly creamy interior.

Territory

Latteria Perenzin is located in San Pietro di Feletto, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Veneto region. We are close to the hills of Conegliano, an area with an ancient wine vocation. Latteria Perenzin is also Per, a shop & cheese-bar, and organises courses and guided tours.
