Robiola in fig leaves is a 100% goat milk robiola crafted from pasture-grazing goats. After a brief drying period, it is lovingly wrapped in fig leaves, completing its maturation process.

During this final phase, the robiola develops a gentle surface roughness, and the fig leaves introduce chromatic nuances from yellow to beige, adorned with a bloom of white and greenish noble molds.

The paste, creamy and compact, exhibits a subtle creaminess under the rind (proteolysis), offering a prolonged and intricate flavor experience.
