Ferrari Bio was founded in 1978, when Giuliana and Remigio decided to continue their parents' farming tradition.
Freshly married, they received 14 cows and a piece of land as a wedding gift. With perseverance, love and a lot of hard work, today the company has 130 dairy cows and an area of about 30 hectares of woods, land and permanent meadows.


Ferrari Bio produces organic Parmigiano Reggiano, organic milk, organic yoghurt and Pillow, the exclusive organic Parmigiano Reggiano cream, naturally lactose-free and gluten-free, made only with Parmigiano Reggiano (over 50%), water and melting salts.


Ferrari Bio's most sought-after maturation is 18 months: the perfect balance between the sweetness of the milk and the roughness of the grain.


We are in Pecorile, a small village in the hills of Reggio Emilia, at the foot of the Reggio Apennines and the castle of Canossa.
